Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank clients, driving sales of insurance products through proactive outreach and regular follow-up
· Identify new business opportunities through effective networking, prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships with bank partners
· Provide valuable and accurate financial advice and guidance to existing bank customers.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the bancassurance division.
· Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to all regulatory requirements, business processes and company policies
What do we look for:
· Those with ZERO bancassurance/ financial sales/ insurance advisory background are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided
· Diploma (local polytechnic or equivalent) or degree
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented
