Role: BA/PMO - Transaction Banking (Cash & Trade)

Responsibilities:

• To serve as a Business Analyst to drive the initiatives with regards to Transaction Banking Projects (Cash and Trade)
• Act as a Business Analyst, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions.

• Serve in a PMO consultant capacity, managing overall project timelines and ensuring adherence to delivery standards.

• Prepare and maintain technical and functional specification documentation, including traceability matrices, test case design, and execution.

• Support the promotion and growth of transaction banking business initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and resolution.

• Draft operational procedures to support new systems and processes.

• Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.

• Apply creative and critical thinking skills to identify innovative solutions that address evolving business challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project PMO and/or Business Analyst roles.

Proven experience in developing technical and functional specification documentation, including traceability matrices, test case design, and execution.

Background in banking, with direct experience working in or supporting transaction banking business.

Successful track record in completing system rollouts within banking environments.

Hands-on experience with end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Experience drafting operational procedures to support new systems and processes.

Ability to conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure adoption and knowledge transfer.

Creative and critical thinking skills to identify innovative solutions that address evolving business challenges.
