Job Descriptions

· A salon manager manages a hair, beauty, or spa salon.

· Oversee staff, and provide consistent professional services.

· Ensure a high level of service standards

· Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the facilities, and treatment rooms.

· Responsible in preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply, etc.

· Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely

· Follow and comply with the instructions given

Requirements and skills

- Proven work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or similar role

- Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)

- Basic bookkeeping knowledge

- Excellent organizational skills

- BSc degree in Business Administration or Accounting

- Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is a plus

- Able to commit on Weekends/public holidays

- 6 days work week

- Minimum five years of relevant experience

- Pleasant personality and hardworking
