Billing and Accounts Officer (Airfreight)

Monday - Friday

9 AM - 6 PM

Location: Ubi

Responsibilities

• Assist in billing and issuing invoices to cargo and mail customers.
• Support cost checking of invoices received from airlines, ground handlers, and other service vendors.
• Address and resolve billing queries from customers and partners.
• Help prepare Sales Reports.
• Provide general accounting support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Educational qualification of at least “O” and “N” Levels.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidates who can communicate in both English and Mandarin are preferred (to liaise with key English and Mandarin-speaking associates).
• Immediate starters will be considered favorably.
