Billing Officer (Tuas 5 Days Logistics Industry)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Billing Officer to join our team in Tuas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administration, operations coordination, and team support within a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate billing processes, and strong coordination between departments.

Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 6:00PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assign and coordinate daily administrative tasks within the team
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of billing and operational activities
• Handle shipping documentation (import/export) in line with SOPs
• Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely clearance and delivery
• Liaise closely with warehouse, operations, and internal teams
• Support customers through phone and email enquiries
• Guide and support new team members
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure KPIs and service standards are consistently met
• Support general administrative and operational duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE “N” or “O” Level
• At least 2 years of experience in billing / admin / logistics roles
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good communication skills in English
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
