Billing Officer (up to $2800) (Tuas)

Position: Billing Officer
Salary: up to $2800
Working Day: 5 Days
Working Hour: 8.30am-6pm
Working Location: Tuas

Job Responsibilities:

• Give team members daily administrative responsibilities.
• Ensure that every activity is finished precisely and effectively.
• Resolve any potential administrative problems.
• Work together with the operation and administrative staff.
• Assist and acquaint new employees.
• Offer phone and email customer service assistance.
• Follow the established SOP while preparing import/export and shipping papers.
• Keep an eye on shipments to make sure they are cleared and delivered on time.
• Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the Key Performance Indexes.
• Work with the supervisor to plan warehouse operations.
• Work together with other departments to complete orders and on-time delivery.
• Verify that every inventory is accurate.
• Keep thorough records of your inventory levels and report any inconsistencies.
• Maintain general workplace cleanliness.
• Keep the workplace secure.
• Carry out any additional work-related duties as directed by a superior.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as billing officer.
