Billing Specialist (Up to $4000 / 5 days / Pioneer)

Job Title: Billing Specialist (ID1533)

Location: Pioneer, transport pick up Boon Lay MRT

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: $3500 - $4000

Benefit: AWS, VB, AL 14 days

Job Responsibilities:

Billing and Invoicing:

• Generate invoices for relocation services provided to clients.

• Verify billing details, including rates, expenses, and any additional charges.

• Ensure accuracy in billing information and promptly resolve discrepancies.

Client Communication:

• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment status, and outstanding balances.

• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns related to invoices.

Data Management:

• Maintain billing records and databases.

• Update client information, payment terms, and billing cycles.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the finance team, operations, and sales departments.

• Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless billing processes.

Reporting and Accounting:

• Prepare regular reports on billing activities, outstanding payments, and revenue.

• Analyze billing trends and identify areas for improvement.

• Utilize strong accounting knowledge to reconcile accounts and ensure financial accuracy.

Compliance:

• Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to billing and invoicing.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, preferably within the relocation or logistics industry.

• Familiarity with billing software and financial systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
