Our core activities include the acceptance of fixed and saving deposits from the public as well as the provision of loans and credit facilities to individuals and corporations, particularly the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore. Responsibilities:

• To assist the Senior Officers and Branch Manager in ensuring smooth flow of daily operations in branch
• Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals/ loan receipting
• Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure delivery of excellent customer service
• Perform the role of Chief Cashier when required
• Perform Teller’s duties when required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the Banking and Finance industry will be an advantage
• Team player with good service aptitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for delivering excellent service with customer-first mindset
• Meticulous and with an “eye” for details
• Candidates MUST be willing to travel between Bedok and Jurong branch
