Job Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to drive financial modeling, market analysis, and regional expansion initiatives. This role plays a critical part in supporting data-driven decision-making, optimizing revenue strategies, and identifying growth opportunities across global markets. 

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business acumen to develop financial forecasts, evaluate market dynamics, and support go-to-market (GTM) strategies, particularly within AI SaaS or platform-based business models. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

1. Financial Modeling & Forecasting 

• Build and maintain robust financial models (revenue, cost, cash flow, scenario analysis) 

• Develop multi-region revenue forecasts aligned with GTM strategy 

• Perform unit economics analysis (customer acquisition cost, LTV, margin structure) 

• Support pricing strategy and AI SaaS / platform monetization models 

• Conduct sensitivity analysis for expansion scenarios (best/worst/base cases) 

 2. Regional Business & Market Analysis 

• Analyze regional market dynamics (Taiwan, Germany, SEA, US, China) 

• Evaluate industry trends, competitive landscape, and demand drivers 

• Identify high-potential markets and verticals (semiconductor, advanced manufacturing) 

• Support localization strategy based on economic, regulatory, and cost structures 
  

Educational Background 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance, Economics or related field 

• 3–8 years of experience in strategy, finance, consulting, or high-growth startups 

• Experience in global or regional business environments preferred 

Technical Skills 

1. Financial & Analytical Core 

• Advanced financial modeling (3-statement, SaaS metrics, scenario planning) 

• Strong experience in revenue forecasting models 

• Deep understanding of unit economics & margin optimization 

• Proficiency in Excel / financial tools (mandatory), Python or BI tools (plus) 

1. Strategic & Business Acumen 

• Ability to connect financial insights to business strategy 

• Understanding of global market expansion and regional economics 

• Familiarity with AI / SaaS / industrial tech business models 

 1. Investment & Fundraising (Preferred) 

• Experience in VC/PE, investment banking, or startup fundraising 

• Understanding of valuation methods (DCF, comps, venture methods) 

 Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving with structured thinking 

• Ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights 

• Effective cross-functional collaboration (finance, product, sales)
