Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities through various channels (cold-calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships).
• Build strong relationships with SME owners and decision-makers.
• Understand client business needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to structure loan applications.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by converting qualified leads into successful deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Finance, or related fields (preferred, but not compulsory).
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with SME loans or financial products will be a plus (training provided).
