Job Description - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence in Singapore's construction industry.

Identify and secure new projects through tender opportunities, client networking, and strategic partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants, architects, and government agencies.

Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions to achieve profitable business outcomes.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and project bids in collaboration with technical and operations teams.

Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.

Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to align business objectives with project delivery capabilities.

Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and analyze KPIs to improve business development effectiveness.

Lead and mentor business development personnel while supporting the company's strategic growth and market expansion goals.
