Business Development Manager (Agency)

This is a salaried role with a path to groom the candidate to take on leadership position within the Agency. In the beginning, recruitment is the main KPI. Subsequently, you can expect to progress to a team lead position, the timeline is dependent on your capabilities and deployability.

Responsibilities:

• Build the Agency as a cohesive and collaborative team and to contribute to the growth of revenue production
• To be focused on constantly bringing in new talents for the Agency

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in wealth advisory role with bank/ insurance company with proven good track record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with both internal colleagues and clients, eg c-suite executives
• Ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics and seize opportunities effectively
