Business Development Manager - Precious Metals

As the Business Development Manager – Precious Metals, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the Company’s precious metals activities in Asia as well as to manage and expand client’s trading and physical flows.

Responsibilities:

• Source, onboard and manage new clients
• Identify any future business opportunities, lead growth from existing clients by utilizing the Company’s technology and competitive liquidity/pricing
• Develop and executive sales strategy
• Work closely with Precious Metals Global team
• Create customized solutions for client needs
• Monitor client positions, settlements, credit limit utilizations
• Proactively coordinate the physical movements with clients and relevant internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in both Thai and English
• Wide experience in Precious Metals market in Asia
• Proven track record in a sales-driven environment
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A working knowledge of the competitive landscape & key market participants
• Proactive team member with strong interpersonal attributes
• Apply independent judgment to act in the team’s and the organization's best interest in all responsibilities and situations
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Power Point/Word
• Minimum of a degree in financial or related field or related experience is preferred.
