BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & REVENUE ANALYTICS MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Revenue Analytics Manager to deliver data-driven insights that enhance sales performance, customer understanding, and operational efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, operational, and customer data to identify trends and business opportunities
• Develop interactive business dashboards and comprehensive management reports to support data-driven decisions
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue trends to track business health and performance
• Identify actionable opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency based on data insights
• Conduct customer segmentation and behavioural analysis to inform targeted marketing and sales strategies
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance and measure effectiveness to optimize future initiatives
• Forecast business trends and prepare detailed business performance reports for management review
• Assist management in strategic planning by providing relevant data insights and scenario analysis
• Collaborate with operational teams to enhance reporting accuracy and data quality
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent and efficient reporting processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting tools

• Salary: $6,000 – $8,000 per month
