Business Program Manager, CRM (Director / SVP)

*Exciting senior mandate for a Business Program Manager, CRM (Director / SVP)*

Seeking a seasoned Business Program Manager, to drive strategic business program initiatives for the group, across enterprise platforms or tools.

Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the group business, to support continuous improvement of business program management practices across the portfolio.

Sound expertise in managing enterprise platforms, customer platforms, RM enablement tools, CRM, analytics etc.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary business lead for the strategic program, ensuring alignment across Business Units, Technology, Operations, Risk, and other key stakeholders.

• Requirements Management: Lead Business Unit Specialists in defining, validating business scope and requirements, translate business requirements into feasible solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user needs.

• Support development of investment proposals, including scope definition, benefits articulation, and high level delivery plans for approval.

• Project Execution & Governance: Drive timely and high quality delivery of strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Technology & Operations Program Manager and delivery teams.

• Establish and oversee program governance, including milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and dependency management.

• Support continuous improvement of business program management practices across the portfolio.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end to end business program or project management within banking financial services or large enterprise environment.

• Strong experience managing enterprise platforms or tools (e.g. customer platforms, RM enablement tools, CRM, analytics or similar).

• Proven team management, communication ability, with experience engaging senior leadership, leading senior stakeholder initiatives across Business, Technology, and Operations.

• Solid understanding of business requirements definition, solutioning, and delivery lifecycle.
