Role: Business Project Manager

Job Level:  5+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation activities
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and distribute meeting materials
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using project management tools
• Support risk management activities by maintaining risk registers and action items
• Create and update project presentations and communication materials
• Help facilitate project team communication and updates

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project management or related field
• 5-7 years of administrative or project support experience preferred
• 3-4 years of IT project management work in financial sector is required
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
