Business Solution Design Specialist (Associate / Assistant Manager)

Seeking a Business Solution Design Specialist, Change Business Analyst, (Associate / Assistant Manager) within the Private Capital, Securities Services business.

Summary

• Design, prototype and deploy business-driven tools that address day-to-day operation needs with a scalable & sustainable business model.

• Contribute to the development and the maintenance of our tools, in particular our in-house Python library, aiming at fostering innovative clients solutions and relieving operational teams from manual tasks

• Liaison between the franchise and the bank’s central technology hubs for any Intelligent Automation (AI, LLM & RPA) capabilities as well as low-code workflow platforms to be leveraged/enhanced for the regional business needs

• Provides technical and operational support across the delivery lifecycle, including solution review, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to business as usual operations.

Responsibilities

Business Change Management

• Manage daily progress and ensure proper project management, prioritization & status update being understandable at regional management level

• Update and maintain clear tool register, and user guides & other referential and to implement and embed the changes cross APAC locations

Business Solution Design and Delivery

• Work closely with APAC Locations business team to manage business solution from analysis to deployment and support their operational readiness journey

• Collaborate with other locations’ Solution Design equivalent teams for private capital global framework and consistency of the Global Operating Model capacity worldwide

• Support the development and maintenance of in-house Python Library

• Designing dashboards utilizing business tools, such as python, VBA, SQL

• Data analysis

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the Private Capital Funds, Securities Services industry is preferred.

• Up to 6 years of working experience in business analysis, business solution design, consulting, business change role.

• Sound business understanding in, Fund Administration, Loan Administration, Investor Services, and Private Capital strategies including, Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure and Real Estate.

• Bachelor Degree in software engineering or equivalent

• Hands on technical skills in Object-Oriented Programming

• Good knowledge of Python (including popular libraries such as Panda, Nump), in designing dashboards.

• Powerpoint, Power BI, Html, Javascript, CSS and relational-databases (inc. SQL) are a plus

• Knowledge in eFront Invest software or similar software is a plus.
