Case Manager (HNW Insurance / New Business)

• Position : Case Manager (HNW Insurance / New Business)
• Location : Robinson Road (Nearest MRT: Shenton Way & Tanjong Pagar)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 5.45pm (with 2 days WFH Per Month)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic salary of $5,500 – $7,500 per month + variable bonus + 18 to 25 days’ annual leave + medical benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare policy highlights, quotations and insurer illustrations for meetings conducted by sales consultants.
• Provide new-business sales support and after-sales policy-servicing support to sales consultants.
• Ensure all required documents are obtained, accurately completed and properly maintained in the CRM system.
• Coordinate pre-submission activities, including medical appointments, internal KYC documentation and insurers’ application forms.
• Manage HNW new-business case submissions to insurers and follow through with sales consultants and insurers until policy inception.
• Monitor application progress, underwriting requirements and outstanding documents to support timely case completion.
• Prepare monthly new-business or case-status reports for banking partners.
• Respond promptly to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties assigned within the Sales Operations Department.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least two to three years of HNW insurance case-management or new-business experience within an insurer, insurance brokerage, bancassurance or financial-advisory environment.
• Strong knowledge of insurer documentation, underwriting requirements and new-business submission processes.
• Able to manage HNW insurance cases independently from pre-submission checks through policy inception.
