Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Vice President to lead the company's strategic initiatives, oversee business operations, and drive sustainable growth. He/ she will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop business strategies, improve operational performance, manage key stakeholders, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
• Oversee the overall operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Identify business opportunities and develop initiatives to support revenue growth and market expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and manage senior managers and department heads to build a high-performing organization.
• Establish performance goals, monitor business outcomes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and operational plans.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on corporate planning, risk management, and organizational development.
• Prepare business reports and present recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors where required.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies,Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven track record of leading business operations and achieving organizational growth.
• Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
