Role Overview 

The CFO will serve as a key member ofthe executive leadership team, responsible for shaping financial strategy,managing capital markets engagement, and ensuring robust governance across thegroup. This role demands a proven track record in investor relations,fundraising, and listed‑company reporting, coupled with theability to partner with the CEO and Board to deliver sustainable shareholdervalue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and capitalallocation across the group.
• Drive fundraising initiatives,debt/equity structuring, and capital market transactions.
• Serve as the primary liaison forinvestor relations, analysts, and regulators.
• Oversee multi‑entityconsolidation, IFRS/Nasdaq compliance, and statutory governance.
• Strengthen treasury management, riskcontrols, and financial systems.
• Partner with the CEO and Board onstrategic planning, M&A, and growth initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high‑performingfinance team aligned with global best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance;CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 11+ years of progressive financeleadership, including listed‑company exposure.
• Proven success in fundraising, investorrelations, and capital markets.
• Strong technical foundation in IFRS,compliance, and treasury.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholdermanagement, and strategic insight.
