We also strive to provide clients with timely claim advice and connect them with relevant doctors to seek treatment in the shortest time available.

Roles:

• Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking
• Responsive through chats and email.
• Monitoring of patients medical claims running status and keeping them healthy by reviewing key metrics on a daily basis
• Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
• Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
