Claims Executive – Staff Claims Administration 

Reports To: Project Manager 

Employment: Full-time employee of VionData Partners – deployed on-site at Client 

Contract Assignment: Up to 4 years (2-year firm + 2-year option) 

Role Overview 

The Claims Executive manages staff claims administration, post-payment verification, and claims-related queries for the Client. 

Key Responsibilities 

Claims Processing: 

• Process staff claims through Workday (~7,100+ per year) 

• Conduct 20% post-payment verification of claims 

• Cancel "Paid Expense Reports" as needed 

• Check and follow up on pending claims 

• Check incorrect GST application on claims 

Query Management: 

• Advise officers on staff claims matters (~520 cases per year) 

• Attend and follow up with hospitals on unpaid bills (~33 cases per year) 

• Handle claims-related queries from staff (3 working days response) 

• Follow up on overpayment recovery and insufficient documents 

Compliance: 

• Ensure compliance with government/NParks policies and standards 

• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting claims 

• Maintain maker-checker segregation of duties 

Annual Workload: 

• Claims processing: ~7,100+ per year 

• Post-payment verification: ~1,420 per year 

• Claims queries: ~520 per year 

• Hospital follow-ups: ~33 per year 
  

Requirements 

Experience: 

• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in Claims or Finance 

• Singapore public sector experience preferred 

• Familiarity with Workday is mandatory 

• Experience with other claims/payroll systems (e.g., Times HR) is an advantage 

Qualifications: 

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 

Skills: 

• Proficiency in Workday claims module 

• Understanding of GST application on claims 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to handle high-volume workload 

• Meticulous with ability to maintain confidentiality 

Other Requirements: 

• Available for on-site work atClient premises 

• Flexible for overtime during peak periods 
  

Compensation Package - Monthly Basic Salary 

Amount (SGD) $4600 – $8600
