Client Acquistion Manager (Thailand Financial Market)

We are seeking a driven Client Acquisition Manager to expand our Priority Banking business in the Thailand market. You will acquire and onboard affluent clients, offering tailored wealth and banking solutions to meet their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively acquire new-to-bank affluent and Priority Banking clients from the Thailand market
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies through networking, referrals, and partnerships
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (property agents, brokers, introducers)
• Engage clients to understand their financial objectives and recommend suitable wealth solutions
• Promote deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, and unsecured lending products
• Conduct client meetings and acquisition activities, including after-office hours and weekends when required
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in banking sales, wealth management, or priority banking
• Proven track record in acquiring affluent, Priority, Premier, or HNW clients
• Strong network within the Thailand market is highly advantageous
• Experience in wealth management products (investments, insurance, structured products, FX, deposits)
• Strong business development, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Diploma or Degree holder
