Client Documentation & Tax Support Specialist (Contract, Private Bank)

Duration: 9 Month Contract

Responsibilities:

• Review client documentation for onboarding and periodic reviews across Singapore and Hong Kong managed accounts.
• Ensure documentation complies with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Front Office teams on documentation-related queries, account maintenance, and changes in client circumstances.
• Support system updates, account maintenance, client notifications, and reporting activities.
• Review tax documentation and perform completeness checks.
• Participate in process improvement and regional project initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 7 years of related account documentation experience in Private Bank
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Able to work independently under tight deadline
