Client Service Manager, Private Banking

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform banking services and attend to clients’ inquiries
• Prepare KYC reports and other periodic reports
• Review and assist in risk attribute assessments
• Assist in dealing with client’s trade orders and cross check for other CSM’s trade orders
• Support Team Head in management duties

Job Requirements :

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Banking and Finance or any relevant discipline
• 5-8 years’ experience in financial industry
• Good knowledge of relevant financial products
• CACS, CFA preferred
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with Chinese speaking colleagues in Hong Kong and Taiwan
