Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with Priority & HNW banking clients.

  • Understand clients' financial protection needs and recommend suitable health and insurance solutions.

  • Conduct financial needs analysis and provide tailored recommendations.

  • Drive bancassurance sales through bank-generated leads, referrals, and outbound engagement.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation to policy issuance.

Requirements

  • Diploma, GCE A-Level (meeting RNF requirements), or Bachelor's Degree.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Financial Advisory, Bancassurance, or financial services sales.

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-driven, sales-oriented, and passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.

  • CMFAS certifications: RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, and HI.
