Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and financial aspects of the company’s projects. The primary objective is to oversee pre- and post-contract management to maximize margins while mitigating contractual risks.Provide guidance and strategic support to project teams in the identification, notification, and preparation of variations and claims, including applications for extensions of time and related loss and expense claims.

• Support, where required, the preparation of tender submissions and contract documentation, including drafting and managing all contractual correspondence.

• Establish and maintain proper control of all contract-related records and documentation, including communications with subcontractors and relevant reports.

• Review project correspondence and recommend suitable response approaches, highlighting any potential contractual or commercial risks or implications.

• Ensure that all executed contracts are properly disseminated to relevant project personnel, and provide advice on contractual interpretation, obligations, and compliance.

• Prepare, compile, and conclude final accounts and variation claims.

• Provide support in ISO implementation, compliance, and audit processes.

Requirement

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Relevant experience in Construction MRT project is an advantage
