Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will support the development and execution of the organisation's compliance framework across Singapore, with potential regional exposure.Key responsibilities include:

• Support the implementation and enhancement of compliance policies and programmes
• Monitor adherence to local regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide advisory on compliance-related matters
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and follow-up actions
• Assist in investigations and handling compliance-related issues where required
• Deliver training and awareness programmes to promote a strong compliance culture
• Maintain accurate documentation and preparing reports for senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

You are a proactive and detail-oriented compliance professional who is comfortable operating in a multinational environment.Key requirements:

• Degree in Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk, audit, or legal
• Experience within a multinational organisation is advantageous
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance principles
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
