Compliance Director – MAS License

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end MAS licence application under PSA (likely MPI)

• Lead end-to-end MAS licence application under PSA (likely MPI)
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including:
  - Business model description (gaming + payment
  - AML/CFT framework
  - Risk assessment
  - Compliance policies & SOPs

• Act as primary liaison with MAS during review process
• Establish full compliance program: 
  - KYC / CDD / EDD procedures 
  - Transaction monitoring rules (gaming wallets, top-ups, withdrawals) 
  - Sanctions screening 
• Draft internal policies aligned with MAS AML/CFT Notices

Requirements

• 6-10+ years in compliance (payments / fintech / banking preferred) 
• Hands-on experience with MAS regulations & PSA licence applications 
• Strong AML/CFT knowledge (transaction monitoring, STR handling) 
• Experience in high-volume transaction environments (gaming / e-wallet / fintech is a big plus) 
• Ability to work with product & tech teams (not just legal/compliance mindset)
