Compliance Manager – Regional Monitoring & Surveillance

We are currently looking to speak with experienced Compliance professionals for a Manager-level opportunity in Singapore, focused on regional Compliance Monitoring and Surveillance.

🔹 Key responsibilities:
• Plan and execute the regionalisation of Compliance Monitoring and Surveillance activities
• Support and guide regional business units in developing and executing Compliance Monitoring Programme plans
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Personal Account Dealing (PAD) processes, including procedures, training, employee attestations, system administration, UAT testing, breach investigations and escalation
• Drive process improvements, automation and data analytics initiatives across Compliance Monitoring and Surveillance
• Prepare clear and impactful reporting for senior management and Risk Committees
• Support Compliance-related projects, investigations and ad hoc reviews

🔹 Key requirements:
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking Compliance, or related monitoring and surveillance activities
• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance requirements and testing standards
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
• A proactive, innovative and continuous-improvement mindset
• Prior experience in trade or electronic communications surveillance would be advantageous
• Familiarity with Python and advanced Excel formulas would be desirable
