About Us

Margin Wheeler is a growing corporate services group providing company incorporation, corporate secretarial, compliance, accounting, tax and advisory services to local and international businesses.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. This role offers exposure to compliance, corporate governance, risk assessment and client advisory work, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term career in the corporate services industry.

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Client (KYC) reviews

• Perform AML/CFT screening and risk assessments

• Review onboarding documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met

• Assess client risk profiles and maintain compliance records

• Ensure adherence to ACRA, AML/CFT and internal compliance requirements

• Assist with internal compliance reviews and audits

• Liaise with clients on compliance-related matters

• Prepare compliance reports and maintain proper documentation

• Support management on compliance and risk management initiatives

Director Appointment Programme

Eligible employees may be considered for appointment as directors of selected client companies following successful completion of probation and suitability assessment.

Additional monthly allowances are payable and increase progressively based on the number of assigned companies.

This programme provides strong performers with an opportunity to significantly enhance their overall compensation while gaining valuable exposure to corporate governance, risk management and compliance responsibilities.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience will have an advantage

• No prior compliance experience required. Full training will be provided for suitable candidates.

• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to handle confidential information professionally

• Organised, proactive and willing to learn

• Comfortable making decisions and exercising professional judgement
