Compliance Officer (Financial)

Job Description & Requirements

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding and periodic review of issuers and investors (individual or corporate) on ADDX platform jointly with Client Service and Growth Issuance teams.
• Support the Investor account management (including updating of account static data, bank account details or account status updates such as suspension of investor’s account, triggered request from compliance or regulatory need, or investor initiated)
• Support Platform Operations
• Collaborate with Compliance and Client Service team to improve the onboarding and periodic review process and streamline documentation requirement to support ADDX expansion for onboarding of overseas investor.
• Liaise with Compliance and AML/KYC vendor for system related upgrade, contract fee negotiation or renewal, and regulatory grant application.
• Support Compliance team for AML/KYC projects and BAU matters

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
