Compliance, Risk & Quality Executive

We are seeking a Compliance, Risk & Quality Management professional to drive governance, compliance and quality initiatives across the organisation. This role is responsible for strengthening the company's compliance framework, overseeing enterprise risk management processes, and establishing a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and strengthen the company's compliance, risk management and governance framework.
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory compliance, internal policies and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate enterprise risk assessments, monitor controls and drive follow-up actions.
• Develop and deliver compliance training to foster an ethical and compliant workplace.
• Design, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs, process documentation and document control.
• Conduct internal quality audits, identify process improvements and oversee corrective actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, Corporate Governance or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• High integrity, proactive mindset and ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
• Experience in an international or regional environment is an advantage.
