Compliance, Senior Associate, Private Equity

Renowned for its collaborative culture, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to excellence, the firm continues to expand its presence across Asia and is seeking a Compliance Senior Associate to support its growing regional platform.

Your new role 

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's compliance and regulatory framework across Singapore and the wider APAC region. This is a broad, hands-on position offering exposure to regulatory advisory, governance, monitoring, training, and cross-border marketing activities.

• Provide compliance advisory support on MAS regulations, fund management requirements, and APAC business activities, partnering closely with key stakeholders across the firm.
• Oversee regulatory compliance monitoring, review marketing and client materials, and support regulatory filings, governance matters, and AML/CFT obligations.
• Enhance and maintain the firm's compliance framework through policy development, employee monitoring, compliance reporting, and training initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Strong working knowledge of MAS regulations and Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licence requirements for fund management companies. 
• Experience advising on private fund marketing and distribution activities in Singapore.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements to business stakeholders clearly and effectively. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across regional and global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
