Responsibilities

• Handled full sets of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoice processing, receipts, and payment transactions.
• Issued and posted sales invoices, credit memos, and vendor invoices based on supporting documents and contractual agreements.
• Processed weekly and monthly vendor payments and managed intercompany transactions.
• Prepared journal entries, journal vouchers, and performed bank reconciliations.
• Generated AR aging reports, Statements of Account, and followed up on overdue payments with customers.
• Supported month-end closing, fixed asset register maintenance, and year-end audit documentation.
