Contract Accounts (AP - Accounts Payable Up $3800) #HJOT

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and record accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
• Perform supplier statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Support monthly closing activities for accounts payable
• Handle vendor-related matters including onboarding and master data updates
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on invoice, PO, and payment queries
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Support year-end and internal audit requirements
• Update exchange rates and perform related reconciliation checks
• Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounts payable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
