Contract HR Staff (Internship & Campus Programmes) at Raffles Place, up to $4000

Responsibilities:

• Internship Programme Management: support the development of structured internship programmes and provide operational and executional support when required
• End-to-end internship management: assist with sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management
• Campus Engagement: help design and execute scalable and sustainable engagement strategies for current and future interns
• Support campus outreach events, build alumni networks, and explore collaboration with other business units
• Projects: contribute to initiatives such as digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and intelligence capabilities
• Ad-hoc tasks: provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned

Period: 1 year contract

Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to $4000

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree with 1 – 2 years experience in HR/recruitment from related industry like bank/financial institution
• Candiate has to be detail-oriented/meticulous as there will be requirements to compile, track & analyse recruitment data.
• Able to multi-task, engage internal & external stakeholders.
• Enjoys events coordination, post-event analysis & tracking.
• Strong in MS excel, powerpoint.
• Energetic, creative & go-getter.
