Corporate Finance & Listing Advisory

Advise Singapore-listed companies on regulatory compliance and corporate governance, reviewing disclosures and liaising on regulatory matters to support effective corporate finance and listing advisory.

Responsibilities

• Advise Singapore-listed companies on compliance with SGX listing rules, the Code of Corporate Governance, Singapore Takeover Code, TCFD recommendations, and sustainability frameworks to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Review company announcements including financial results, annual and sustainability reports, and circulars related to corporate actions such as mergers & acquisitions, disposals, bond issuances, capital reduction, share consolidation, and subdivision for compliance with SGX rules.
• Liaise directly with companies to clarify regulatory requirements and manage waiver application processes to facilitate smooth regulatory approvals.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Law, Finance, or Business with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Singapore IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and transaction advisory.
