Corporate Product Manager (Banking Sector) DT

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance customer onboarding and KYC processes, including digitalisation initiatives
• Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of corporate banking products and services
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and regulatory compliance
• Participate in system enhancement projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Develop product strategies and initiatives to support business growth
• Review and update product policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Conduct product training and provide support to internal stakeholders
• Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities

Job Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in banking product management, corporate banking, cash management, or KYC/onboarding processes
• Familiarity with corporate online banking products and digitalisation projects is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to support Chinese-speaking stakeholders and clients
