New Customer Acquisition:

• Identify and prospect potential customers through networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into new clients, while working closely with the marketing team to improve conversion effectiveness.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on their needs and usage.
• Implement engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and ensure timely resolution of enquiries and concerns.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with internal teams such as marketing, learning and development, and programme management to align customer engagement strategies with business goals.
• Share customer insights to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Feedback Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Prepare regular reports on customer acquisition and engagement performance metrics.
