Crew Accounting & P&I Claims Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to handle crew accounting matters and manage crew P&I claims within our shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify and process crew accounts, port disbursement invoices, and crewing-related expenses

- Coordinate Cash To Master (CTM) arrangements with vessels and port agents

- Record crewing expenses in BASS accounting system

- Liaise with vessels, manning agents, port agents, and internal departments on crew financial matters

- Prepare periodic crew cost reports

P&I Claims Handling

- Manage and follow up on crew P&I claims (injury, illness, medical repatriation, disability, etc.)

- Liaise with P&I Clubs, correspondents, lawyers, and medical providers

- Prepare and submit claim documentation and monitor reimbursements

- Maintain claims records and ensure timely recovery
