We are seeking an ambitious and self-driven Crypto Trader to establish and manage their own trading desk. This role is ideal for algorithmic traders, but experienced traders without coding skills will also be considered. You must have your own trading strategies

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage your own trading desk, taking full ownership of your strategies and P&L
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance quantitative trading strategies
• Conduct market research to uncover new alpha opportunities
• Test and optimize trading models and algorithms to enhance performance
• Stay on top of market trends and macroeconomic developments that affect your trading strategies
• Collaborate with quant researchers, engineers, and traders to optimize and scale strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in trading
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, Java, or Matlab (desired for algorithmic traders, but discretionary traders with strong track records are also welcome)
• Quantitative Knowledge: Strong foundation in quantitative analysis, market microstructure, and alpha generation
• Self-Motivated: A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your own trading desk independently
• Passion for Trading: A keen interest in algorithmic trading and high-frequency trading (HFT)
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate trading ideas and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Bonus Points For

• Experience with high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies
• Expertise in risk management and execution systems
• Track record in building and scaling trading strategies
