About the Role

We are hiring energetic and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Acquisition Executives. In this role, you will promote credit card and personal loan products through roadshows, events, and face-to-face engagement with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote credit card and personal loan products at roadshows, booths, and events
• Engage walk-in customers and explain product benefits clearly
• Assist customers with applications and required documentation
• Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build customer trust
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum N / O Level / Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales, roadshows, banking products, telemarketing, or direct sales is an advantage
• Positive attitude with strong interest in sales
• Comfortable working at malls, roadshows, and event locations
• Able to work weekends / retail hours when required
• Self-motivated and target-driven
