Job Objectives
Experienced in aircraft financing tools, with the ability to solve problems through communication and out of box thinking. Proficient with financial and economic skills, drafting, negotiating operating and finance leases. Ability to negotiate and implement pre-delivery payment financing.
Primary responsibilities:
- Supports sales team with financing solutions to win sales campaigns.
- Remains focal point vis-à-vis airlines for financing matters.
- Promotes export credit and other financing solutions in the market.
- Negotiates and implements financing package provided by Airbus (finance leases / operating leases, loans).
- Responsible for multi-party negotiations – involving airlines / lessors / banks /engine manufacturers and external law firms.
- Assists airlines in finding and implementing pre-delivery payment financing.
- Assists Head of Customer Finance, Asia Pacific
- Represents Airbus at external financing events in Asia.
- Attends key conferences and financing forums worldwide.

Professional skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related
- Banking and / or leasing experience will be required
- Previous exposure to financing, contacts with customers, negotiation, finance and legal aspects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Stakeholder management and team player
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and stress
- Ability to prioritize, demonstrate agility, outside the box thinking
- Language Skills: native speaker/negotiation level of English
- Presentation skills
- Experience in aviation industry strongly preferred
