Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and payment collections.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding payment reminders.
• Maintain positive relationships while ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Prepare and issue statements of accounts, invoices, and payment reminders.
• Record and update collection status and customer payment information.
• Resolve customer billing and payment-related enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with the Finance and Sales teams on customer account matters.
• Monitor overdue accounts and escalate unresolved cases when necessary.
• Prepare collection reports and update management on payment status.
• Perform general administrative duties related to customer accounts.

Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Responsible, well-organised, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, accounts receivable, or collections will be an advantage.
