Customer Service Representative

Job Description

1. Greet, assist patients/clients in the clinic and manage phone, email and walk-in enquiries on all products.
2. Help to schedule appointments for doctors and patients.
3. Assist in resolving incoming patients’ issues relating to appointments, orders and products.
4. Plan, prepare, issue quotations/invoices and process orders accurately and timely
5. Support and assist in the preparation on administrative roles and submission of documents
6. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales, orders and issues.

1. Demonstrate effective interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills next to being adaptable.
2. Possess strong problem- solving skills in devising solutions to meet patients requirements
3. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
4. Possess organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritise work
5. Demonstrate high accuracy in work and strong attention to details
6. Ability to work independently and collectively as part of the team.
7. Plus point if applicant has worked in a clinic before
8. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English - Mandarin, Cantonese or Bahasa is a big +.
