Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the dedicated go-to person for clients — building trust, resolving concerns, and ensuring every touchpoint feels valued
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and proactively propose solutions that drive measurable satisfaction
• Manage the full client journey from onboarding and relationship building through to long-term retention and account growth
• Monitor client health metrics and flag potential risks early, taking decisive action before issues escalate
• Prepare insightful client reports, account reviews, and performance summaries that demonstrate tangible value delivered
• Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless client experience at every stage
• Gather client feedback systematically and translate insights into product and service improvements that matter

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
