Deputy General Manager

1 Assist in the development and implementation of bank strategies and policies

2 Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve the bank's strategic objectives

3 Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance productivity and

minimize risks

4 Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations

5 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

6 Ensure the bank adheres to internal controls and regulatory requirements

7 Lead and mentor department managers and staff to achieve performance targets

8 Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth

9 Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports

10 Represent the bank in meetings, conferences, and industry events
