Deputy Manager, Wealth Operations – Private Bank

A regional private bank is seeking an experienced Private Banking Operations professional to support end-to-end operational activities across a range of wealth management products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end trade processing, including trade booking, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation and exception management across investment products
• Process transactions involving bonds, equities, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits and private equity funds
• Manage corporate actions, including mandatory, voluntary and elective events
• Perform cash, position and transaction reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and resolve operational breaks
• Process remittances, deposits and asset transfers
• Support SWIFT payment processing and release of payment instructions
• Generate trade advices, account statements and periodic operational reports
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to resolve operational issues
• Participate in UAT, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
• Support ad hoc operational projects and reporting as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management Operations within the banking industry
• Good understanding of investment products and their operational lifecycle
• Experience in settlements, corporate actions, reconciliations and payment processing
• Experience with Avaloq will be an advantage
