Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily transaction execution and risk management of various cross-border businesses;
• Understand the different needs of domestic and overseas customer groups and promote new structures to adapt to market needs;
• Ability to flexibly switch between domestic and overseas markets, and exploit demand by utilizing the characteristics of each market structure and product;
• Closely connected with the market, combining fundamentals , technical analysis, and macro variables to proactively adjust positions to better avoid risks;
• In-depth understanding of overseas targets to achieve effective hedging (precise hedging, or bearing part of the basis risk);

Job Qualifications

• Obtain a master's degree or above, and have both a full-time university undergraduate degree and a bachelor's degree (Mathematics, physics, mechanics, engineering, financial engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, finance, economics and other related majors)
• Knowledge of futures trading, derivatives pricing, derivatives trading, overseas futures, swap products, etc.
• Use of Excel to manage daily transaction data
• Have rigorous thinking and logical ability and strong execution ability;
• Good at solving complex problems, able to deeply analyze relevant business issues and propose practical solutions;
• Have strong communication and organizational coordination skills;
• Have a rigorous work style, strong sense of responsibility, and be able to actively respond to pressure and challenges in work.
• Experience in launching and overseeing simultaneous campaigns for different types of investment products
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, meticulous and can work under pressure and tight timeline in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven and ability to multi-task with strong organisational skills
